Refund and Exchange Policy

All items that are personalized or custom are non-returnable/ non-refundable due to all orders being personalized. Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Please keep in mind:: 

1. Once you submit an order we cannot cancel it as our digitizers get to work immediately after an order is made. (If you are to need a refund and your order has not been produced yet, we can offer you a partial refund where $20 will be deducted from the full refund as work has already been put in.)


Non-Personalized Items:

  • We accept returns and exchanges for non-personalized items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to sizing issues, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

Personalized Items:

  • Due to the custom nature of personalized items, these products are generally not eligible for a refund or exchange unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect customization, defective product).
  • If the personalized item has an error attributable to us, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement and cover the shipping costs for the return of the erroneous item and the delivery of the replacement.
  • To initiate a return for an erroneous personalized item, please provide a clear photo of the item to illustrate the issue and include your order number in your communication with our support team.
