  • Once your order is successfully placed, it will undergo processing within 5+7 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment. Every Item is made to order and made with extra love which takes time.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and your location. Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process, but please note that they are estimates and not guaranteed arrival dates.

Undeliverable Items:

  • If a package is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or other reasons, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

General Refund Guidelines: (Excluded personalized items)

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions.
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to process your refund.

Refund Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Personalized items, including custom embroidering, Printing or monograms, are generally non-refundable. However, if the personalized item received is incorrect due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong engraving or design), we will gladly refund your purchase or provide a replacement.

Personalized Items and Our Error:

  • In the case of personalized items, refunds will only be granted if the error is attributed to our manufacturing or customization process. We take full responsibility for correcting any mistakes caused by our team.
  • If the personalized item is incorrect due to information provided by the customer during the ordering process (e.g., spelling errors, incorrect names), we cannot offer a refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Refund Process:

  1. To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team through the appropriate channels, providing your order details and the reason for the refund.

Return Shipping:

Lost or Damaged Returns:
