1) Please add the name you want to be embroidered on the sweater.
2)Option to have Initials on Sleeve (with or without heart) If you don’t want initials please select “no initial”

4) Select the Left or Right Sleeve and the inside of the sleeve or outside of the sleeve.      (default placement is outside of sleeve) 
3) Select Thread Color (If no color is selected white or black thread will be used)
